This villa was constructed on two stories. It has a covered terrace and an open space in the yard improving thermal comfort for its users. Besides, the owner wanted to have natural light during day. To attain this goal, the designer used big glazed walls in the north and south sides of the building to bring daylight into villa and save energy.
