This mansion, located in Evaz City in Fars province, was a competition held in 1400. The competitors were asked to design an estate on a 1200 sqm area, emphasizing cultural and climatic parameters.
Latidan team was elected because of introducing a design converged with sustainability principles and a kind of vernacular architecture that reflects characteristics of culture, customs, traditions, thoughts, and art of the community.
